We stayed in the Royal palm suite that has the king Murphy bed and we were so pleasantly surprised. The room is massive with a matching outside screed patio area. Its location was also perfect! Directly across the beach and just steps away from the trolley stop location. There were also plenty of stores and restaurants etc directly in the area

We just stayed for one night but it was a great place to stay. I love the location because you are in the middle of everything to do! Parking is horrible BUT they are awesome to get you a space if you’re staying there

I stopped by to shop and this guy demanded a tip saying he works for tips. He thought telling me what i could do and could not do would get him a tip. I was planning to shop within the complex. I tip for customer service not because you demand it. Further, something seams off. It sorta appears this property is charging for parking within a major tourist destination and maybe not reporting that income to the IRS. if the property isn't then the parking lot attendant is not reporting his income to the IRS.

Enjoyed the location, there’s plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is across the street. I loved our suite it was very spacious and the staff was very sweet and helpful!

I was so impressed with the staff especially Megan at the front desk. She is a long time resident of the island and was so kind and helpful. Large room with a screened in balcony. Close to everything.

Great hotel. The room was huge with a beautiful screened deck. Staff was friendly. Perfect location for restaurants,shopping and the beach.

The location was perfect and everyone was so nice! So many amazing restaurants nearby and the beach is right across the street. Our suite was very spacious and cleaned every day. Will be back again soon!
