Otelin konumu, plajı, peyzajı, temizliği, kahvaltısı, odalarının konforu muazzamdı. Plajdaki restoranı ve Blue Monkey Bar'i da hem yemeklerinin lezzeti hem de hizmet açısından gayet tatmin ediciydi. Ama hepsinden öte çalışanların nezaketi ve ilgisi çok üstündü. İleri yaştaki anne babamızla seyahat ediyorduk, onların rahatlığı bizim için çok önemliydi ve Sheraton Samui ekibi bu konuda gerek otel içi shuttle hizmeti gerekse personelin yardımseverligi ve güleryüzlüluğü konusunda bizi çok mutlu etti. Ruya gibi bir tatildi. Herkese gönül rahatlıği ile tavsiye ederiz.

Çok ufak iki detay dışında bir olumsuzluk görmedim. İlki, duşun kapısı dışarıya taşacak şekilde kapandığından yerler biraz ıslanabiliyor. İkincisi klima biraz gürültülü çalışıyor.

Хорошее место. Классный пляж. Отзывчивый персонал. Хорошие завтраки. Неплохие ресторан и пляжный бар. В целом цена-качество вполне себе соответствует.

1. Взяли депозит по 1000 THB за ночь. Заморозили деньги на карте и говорят: трать дорогой, можешь в спа, можешь в ресторан, все пойдет в счет депозита. Но не тут то было: спа - отдельная организация, депозит бесполезен; за все, что было потрачено якобы с депозита пришлось заплатить при выезде, а депозит должен вернуться на карту. В итоге замороженные 8000 бат за 8 ночей, и сверху почти столько же чтобы выехать из номера. Прошло несколько дней, 8000 бат так на карту и не вернулись. Я начинаю беспокоиться и это жирный минус. Система с депозитом откровенно кривая. Поэтому рассчитывайте и оставляйте 1000 бат за ночь НАЛИЧНЫМИ, чтобы их было просто забрать. 2. В магазин и ближайшие кафешки нужно идти по трассе, хотя они и рядом. Переходить в Тайланде дорогу - отдельный челлендж.
