Sheraton Samui Resort

Located in the quieter Cheweng Noi. We wanted a relaxing stay and that is what we achieved. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Great food. Good day spa. A wonderful break.

Too many stairs for mature market.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel qui dispose d'une très jolie plage privée. Détente et dépaysement au rendez-vous. Petit-déjeuner très copieux et très varié avec des plats thaïlandais. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours au petit soin pour les clients. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Seul point négatif : nous avons eu une chambre proche de la route principale très fréquentée et bien évidemment nous entendions le passage des véhicules. La prochaine fois nous demanderons à avoir une chambre plus au calme.

Замечательный отель! Понравилось всё! Хорошие, большие номера (можно по мелочи придраться, но в целом отлично). Кондиционер на кровать не дует. Очень красивая, ухоженная территория. Рыбки плавают, птички поют, гекконы перекрикиваются 🙂 Отличный, разнообразный завтрак! Супы, мясные блюда, фрукты 🍉🍍 всегда вкусно ⭐️ Есть ещё 2 ресторана на территории с хорошей кухней. Море и пляж супер 🔝 вода чистейшая! По глубине тоже всё отлично. Нужно совсем немного пройти и можно очень комфортно плавать. Пляж большой песчаный. Много лежаков с зонтами и в тени деревьев. Мест всегда хватало. Персонал очень внимательный и отзывчивый. Здесь отдельная благодарность. Расположение хорошее. Рядом за территорией отеля есть 7-Eleven, массаж, прокат мото/авто, ещё несколько ресторанов. Не нашли только фруктов поблизости 🤷‍♂️ До Central Festival 4 км. Есть бесплатный трансфер. Расписание 👌 но надо бронировать заранее и хотелось бы ещё один трансфер в 18:00 😉

Man wohnt in einem Urwald, da das gesamte Gelände langjährig bepflanzt ist. Superschön. Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und Management super flexibel

Hanglage erfordert etwas Kondition, allerdings sind Golfbuggys verfügbar.

The staff was very helpful. The location is very good, in a quiet place and with an excellent beach.

Everything was very clean, but they will need to do some renovations at breakfast room.

Overall, it was a great stay and the staff were incredibly warm and kind. They really went out of their way to help me, on my last day, I fell sick after eating some street food, and not only did they check in on me multiple times, but they also arranged a late check-out until 6 PM so I could head straight to the airport. It’s a quaint hotel that doesn’t feel crowded, even though it’s located in Chaweng, a major tourist hotspot. The rooms were clean, the ocean views were beautiful, and the entire property was serene, just the sound of the waves, which was exactly what I needed from this trip. One area that could be improved is the food, it didn’t quite match the standard I’ve come to expect from other Sheraton properties. The beach is another highlight: a great place to relax without being overwhelmed by crowds, perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway.
