Could give this resort 10 stars. The place was immaculate but by far the most impressive part of our stay was the staff. My wife and I are both gluten intolerant and by day 3 of our stay the staff had picked up on our inquiries on food items and went out of their way to help us with gluten free food. Making pizza bases and delivering gluten free pancakes to our table each morning for breakfast.

Gyönyörű a létesítmény, az egész hotel. Egy hatalmas nagy park, dzsungel veszi körül. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. A reggelinél felszolgált ételek jók voltak. A személyzet kedves , segítőkész. A szálloda tengerpartja valóban az egyik legszebb part a szigeten.

A takarítónő kissé szórakozott volt, többször elfelejtett valamit mindig. De ezen kívül tisztaság volt, csak kellene használnia a munkájához egy check listet.

Красивая зеленая территория отеля. Хороший пляж. Внимательный персонал. Завтрак просто супер! Большой выбор, все очень вкусно! Большой номер. Хороший удобный балкон.

Отель немного устаревший. Плохая звукоизоляция. Мало полотенец в номере ( 1 большое и салфетка для рук). Не вернули депозит ( 6 тысяч тайских бат) на карту!!! Прошло 3 недели с момента выезда. Несколько раз обращались с просьбой разобраться в отель. Но пока деньги не вернули!!! После размещения негативного отзыва депозит вернули через несколько дней.

It’s Thai styled with a beautiful and mature landscape and close to some great restaurants

The walls of the rooms were paper thin, you could hear conversations (we did have an interconnecting room, not through choice). It’s very dated and old, the rooms and the hotel in general. More a 4 star. We grew to love it but we were disappointed at the quality- needs a revamp. Beach was quite rough. Lots of hills so be better for people who are more able.

In desparate need of refurbishment and upgrade. Rooms, bathrooms, restaurants and public areas all worn, torn and dawdy looking. Beach pool not even fully filled at this time. However Thai food at Long Talay wonderful, buffet breakfast excellent and drinks at Blue Monkey bar all great. The Thai Staff make the place, special mentions to Exec Chef Coco, asst Chef Gak, Mr.Chamni on Bakery & Pastry plus Khun Kittipit on egg station. Special thanks also to Khun Preecha- F&B Manager, Ms Sawitree top waitress and 'temple tour advisor' and lovely Ms Kanungnit on breakfast reception.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and can't praise the staff enough. The beachside location is great, there are plenty of restaurants nearby and we loved the quiet top pool. The only constructive suggestion that I could make is that the food selection was fantastic, but sometimes it wasn't hot enough when we had breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.
