チェックイン時間前から親切に対応してもらいました。 食事も良かったし、準備してくれたスタッフの対応も良かった。

Great place to visit for couples and families, serene and relaxing.

The hotel is very thoughtful on small details. Kid loved the play room a tons. We were there on off season, the atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Eating dinner in the room. Though the meal was very tasty, but cooking in the same room wasn’t so pleasant for the ventilations. Plus we had to make beds by ourselves, first time doing it not so easy.

The location was great, being right on the lake.

The lack of regular meals was a problem, made worse by the fact that restaurants are closed early there.

很高雅的小日式旅館,早餐自助三明治還有紙袋可包裝，順手做一份帶去奧入瀨溪健行吧！ Lobby 的view可看見十和田湖早晨黃昏都是絕佳風景，浴場乾淨舒服。晚餐是自助式火鍋，在隔壁房間裏進行，有私密性及時間的自由性。洗衣烘衣自助免費使用機器。地點離JR巴士站僅3分鐘,是個很方便的地方。工作人員禮貌又親切，值得推薦或再來拜訪十和田湖時的好旅館。

快適に過ごせました。 壁が薄いのか、隣の話し声がよく聞こえるのが少し残念。 古い建物をリニューアルしているのが原因でしょう。

Awesome view to Lake Towada. The hotel is modern looking and tastefully done.

Can’t complain much! As it is pretty secluded, will take some time to drive into. But I don’t mind! 😄

Ver few staff to help you. The quality of meals was the worst I had in decades of staying in Japan.. They charge you like a hot spring hotel but the service and both meals are way off..and it is not a hot spring hotel. Not recommendabl!
