New, clean facilities, private bath

Breakfast wasn't meet the standard.

Only the location by the lake but didnt see the view because of the trees is blocking even I stay on the top floor (3rd floor)

The rest is worst. You have to do everything by yourself. Checkin and also dinning. The prepared frozen food (suki or shabu) in the freeze. Seafood for shabu is not fresh. Beef suki is just ok. And you have to dine in your room which make the smell unpleasant. After that you have to move away dining table and make a bed by yourself. Water temp in your bathroom is not that hot (normal) and onsen (public bathroom) is very small compare to hotel size. Four people in the bath feel fit already. The worst part is breakfast. They only give you bread, cereal and coffee. That is it! I paid almost 60,000 yen/night for one room for two person. It is extremely overpriced! This place should consider just a hostel not hotel.

Dinner and breakfast were shabby.

Bathroom is a bit small and limited food choice here both dinner and breakfast.

Very large room, recently refurbished, very comfortable , soft beds with a great view of the lake. Bathroom very small. Breakfast is very basic, mainly bread and you can make your own toastie.

Could be more options for breakfast.

Simple and accommodating breakfast of egg salad sandwich (my fav).

Nothing was wrong in particular. It was a great experience.

Very good location near the JR bus station. Near the winter story festival event and fireworks (Feb 17, 2024). Nice view of the lake. Smells clean and its clean. Private shower and toilet. Many toilets outside the room. Good onsen bath.

I don't have high expectation of the breakfast so its just okay. It's only pricey. Bread with ham, cheese, egg spread, jams, etc,create your own sandwich. Salads, cereals, milk, fruit juices etc.
