Check in was not good had taken more than 20 mins, room service takes lot of time, restaurants name kabab factory wash room was very poor like railways, Food was ok

Hotel is modest by international standards. Clean rooms, courteous staff and food is tolerableb but over priced. IT is about 8 km from the main attraction in the town, the Vishwanath temple. And that takes about 30 mins!!

"above average accomodation."

Stay was comfortable but it does not seem to be five star property keeping in view its ambiance and service parameters.We have once again booked the hotel for marriage function on 16.4.2016 and do hope the hotel will not let us down. I have preferred this hotel in view of my experience of Radison blu at Ludhiana and Goa but I feel it is yet to come up to my expectation as far as service parameters are concerned.

"best food in town"

we stayed for 5 nights.the trip was to see Varanasi and took day trips to allahabad and Ayodhya.the travel desk provided their Innova car at reasonable rates.we ate in the The great Kabab factory on two occasions and also had dinner at Taj and Rivetas but food at radisson was the best.
