Radisson Hotel Varanasi

Just stayed for a day and the experience was good

Hotel situated in very inconvenient place if your travel is for visiting ghats and temples, rather the trafic is so bad that time taken to hotel to ghats will drain you out. Suggest stay near ghats for stay of 1-2 days. Radisson is good place only If you have very limited place to explore per day in >2days stay. Not up to Radisson experience of else where.

Quirky hotel. Victorian was the decorators aim I think, spartan was the actual decor. Restaurant and pool are nice. Staff helpful. Door man helped get taxi's and tuk tuks. Internet was very slow but reliable.

Staff apologized sincerely for giving unsuitable room & immediately changed to a desired location of the room.

There are not many options in Varanasi for a 4 or 5 stars hotel; this hotel is offered as 4.5* but to be honest, this would not be more than a 3* anywhere else. The facilities are very old and need some maintenance, the rooms and furniture are not very clean. The restaurant and lobby are fine, but again for Varanasi you might want to check other option but dont expect to get any better...

The staff were very friendly. Everyone from the restaurant , desk and cleaning personal. They helped me find a hotel for the next leg of my journey. Very much appreciated!!

I landed at 10:30 and reached hotel by a taxi hired at the Airport and reached hotel in one hour time. After reaching hotel it took just 2-3 minutes for the check-in process(very fast) very efficient staff. They did not serve any welcome drink though. Overall stay was very good except of one instance when it took almost more than an hour for my food to arrive at my room. There was something happened as mine and some other guest's order was same and the chef thought that the food has gone already and they never sent it to me. After I called them to check why it is taking so much of time they again though something else and did not send food. Finally when I became furious and called them again to complain they send food to my room and they not only appologised but send me a complimentary desert of my choice, nice gesture. Location wise it is on a good location - Mall Road, ambiance is good, rooms are good, they have a swimming pool they have good restaurants. Food is very good. Thanks. Atul Palta

they hotel was very clean however very moist and mold smell. The food at the restaurant was very good also there is another hotel nearby called Rivetas and they have really good food too. Other than the wet room it was a great stay.

Nice property, beautiful interiors, spacious rooms, obsequious staff, good amenities and services. Bit delay in servicing. Overall, good package. would recommend to all.
