Dirty and elevator being out of order

Was a little farther than I thought from the pier area. But the trip was for my grandbabies. And they enjoyed the weekend. Can use a game room

Spent a lot of time waiting on the elevator only one was working.No ice

Elevator was not working , no hot water in the room , did not have enough staff to bring up items such as towels or sheets

Air was broken in hallways, elevator was broken, no inside entrance for stairs, not enough parking, breakfast wasn’t stocked well, bed was dirty upon arrival, balcony door was broke

Easy beach access

Mold in bed comforters, broken elevators, rude employees, bath water was yellow

The beach was great.

Only one working elevator for the hotel at capacity and they said we could not use the stairs. No chairs or anything on the balconies. The person checking us in said our room number out loud with a lobby full of people. Trying to get out luggage down at checkout was a huge hassle because of only one elevator. The line of people and luggage during checkout time was 30 groups deep on our floor. It took 2 hours to get from our floor to the lobby. The staff was rude
