Great balcony and view. Good location. Secure building. Nice pool area and amenities.

The technology (tvs, wifi) weren’t good. Internet never worked really. Was never able to access streaming services on lounge room tv and the bedroom tv was tiny and didn’t have any streaming services we think even though the remote had them labeled. Didn’t like the sliding doors to the bedroom. Difficult to move and didn’t block out any light or sound.

The location was good

Sliding door was really hard to open out to balcony. You could hear people on the floor above walking around. No air conditioner control. Didn't get much sleep because of noise

Location. Walking distance to bus and tram. Glenelg town centre. Nice sized living area. Very cold the first night, I thought the air-conditioning was heating but it wasn't on. Front desk staff thought the same and set it up for me but it wasn't actually on. I worked it out the next day.

Couldn't have the door open to the balcony, too noisy outside from sand erosion treatment, happening on the beach, diggers,trucks etc working on the beach. Very noisy under the flight path to Adelaide airport. Minor maintenance required, glass door between kitchen and bathroom was off its track and impossible for me to move. No easy access to power point in the bedroom for phone charging. No do not disturb sign for no room service required. Not an ecco friendly hotel. Nice to have clean towels everyday day but not necessary. No recycling policy.

Room was behind the lift and there was alot of noise generated by the lift

Stayed here many times in the premier ocean view apartments and always enjoy our time away. View is gorgeous, staff are friendly and the area is safe & close to everything. Highly recommend

The view was excellent

Asked for maintenance on the drier/washing machine but no one attended to fix the problem. Clothes were damp the next day, we had to take our clothes to reception to get staff to dry it for an hour. In the last day there was still no repair done to the washing machine. Very disappointed with the constant updating to reception about fixing the washing machine.
