Location was great, and parking nice and close and super easy!

Mould all throughout the grout in the bathrooms. And not in the normal places around the corners, it was high enough to show that staff had not been maintaining the showers effectively.

Pool facilities. The room made it feel more like a vacation than a standard hotel room. Perfect location, close to everything

Our washing machine was broken. We moved rooms but the new room wasn’t suitable so we moved back. The hotel then did our washing for us. It was inconvenient and moving the washing machine would have been better. The staff however were excellent and cared for us throughout solving the problem.

The view was good. Location was what we were looking for.

* we requested one bed be split to 2 singles & had to wait til near 6pm for it to be done * Lamp cable was so badly damaged it was an extreme hazard for electrocution or fire. It had been taped over which was poor form it should have been thrown away * mold in bathrooms in the grout, around glass shelves & door * hooks lose making towels fall to the fall which was unhygienic * coffee machine leaked * walls were damaged and scuffed * black tape on walls * caked on old dirt on drawer handles, table tops * cupboards missing fronts * no lamp for one bedroom * stains on carpet, walls & ceiling * carparking not included in price. The price was well over its worth for the condition and quality of the apartment. It was overall disappointing 😞

No condiments included in kitchen, would be nice to include salt and pepper at the very least.

I'm sure I booked a park view, but ended up with an ocean view which would have been great had the weather been better so I could sit out on the balcony.

I woke up from my first night's stay and there was no hot water. There was no communication from staff regarding this, it wasn't until I went to reception that I was informed there was an issue with the boiler. I asked if there would be compensation, as I expected to be able to have a shower every day. A manager left a very brief voice message on my phone throughout the day, not mentioning anything about compensation. I asked again when I went to check out , to be informed that they would have given me a breakfast voucher. This should have been mentioned in the original message. Room service - from the restaurant downstairs - the food was great! but the person who answered the phone when I wanted to order, didn't know what they were doing. Didn't take my room number. I had to call back. I asked if I could order room service ready for breakfast the next morning, and they said , that I had to call the morning of, to be able to order. All other places I have stayed you order the night before so you know what time it would be coming. Also when ordering at the table you're unable to order any of the "Specials" why have the QR code to order from, if you're unable to order everything. Also no deserts? Was disappointing not to be able to finish the meal with deserts. Room attendants also took my cutlery from the room, 2 times, I had to ask that they replace them. Also no "what to do in Adelaide/Glenelg" book in the room. If I was an out of towner, I wouldn't have known where to go for anything. Previously when I have stayed here, there was a book of establishments that would deliver to the hotel, or close by. The early wake up calls from the excavators on the beach wasn't welcomed, but I understand that is out of your control. With the parking, it would be great if it was clearer which parks were for hotel guests, and not owned apartments.
