The Location Size of balconies

Room Clean was poor. Breakfast was poor. Majority of staff were not that friendly or helpful Pool area had a number of dirty sun beds, broken parasols, litter left from previous days - not good enough for a 5star premium hotel. Never stayed in a premium 5star Hotel that doesnt provide free individual bottles of water for the room.

It’s in a good location.

Old, tired, and clearly past its better days. The staff would benefit from proper hospitality training. The Deputy Manager was experienced and showed genuine interest, but it takes much more than one person’s effort to justify a true 5-star status. The three pillars of a premium 5-star hotel experience were missing: 1. A warm, memorable welcome that sets the tone from arrival. 2. Personalized service — anticipating guests’ needs, understanding simple requests, and paying attention to details. 3. Consistency in execution — ensuring that every interaction, facility, and touchpoint reflects the same premium standard expected from a 5-star property
