We have stayed here several times the only thing that it really needs to be excellent as a coffee machine in the room. Getting coffee from room service it’s a nightmare. Also the shampoo/conditioner is horrible. Customer service is excellent everybody in the hotel is wonderful and it’s very comfortable and spacious. We have stayed in over 12 different hotels all within and a 10 block radius and this is by far the best but we just miss the fact that a coffee machine is really what is missing we now bring our own. But it would be great to have one in the room. It will make a huge difference for convenience to the guest
All good we love this place we have stayed here several times the only thing I could add is to probably add a coffee machine in the room. It’s a pain in the butt to get coffee from room service in the mornings and if it’s after breakfast is almost impossible. It also takes more than 20 minutes for them to bring coffee to the room so adding a coffee machine will be a huge plus also improving the shampoo/conditioner is horrible other than that we love this place and we will continue to stay but we will definitely bring our Nespresso machine next time.
The location Is the absolute best. You have over 80 restaurants all high and within an a three block radius, felt very safe beautiful park in front of the hotel, at night time on the weekends there’s a nightclub on the back so you do feel a little bit of noise but it goes away after 12. If this is an issue make sure you get a suite by the park. Room service it’s OK. The price for the value is the absolute best few hotels less than a block away or double the price which we have stayed before And we’re not worth the money. The hotel is very boutique but the service is excellent definitely worth every penny and the price was great
Best value for the area. Only suggestion is maybe they can work on getting a better shampoo/conditioner it was absolutely horrible other than that everything else in the hotel was great. We go often to Bogotá and we are stated several hotels in the area. In all of them you can hear some sort of noise honks traffic noise but this was the one that we heard the less and the value was just amazing for what we paid. All the hotels in the area we pay double the price and we’re not as comfortable. It’s very boutique so not a flashy hotel but location is great everything is in walking distance
Great hotel. Staff was amazing.
The hotel is nice enough, the room was massive and very clean, the water in the shower is piping hot and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Pretty disappointed that there is no food service at night because of COVID which I found particularly stupid- what’s the difference between getting hotel food or food delivered from a restaurant? Also when in a hotel I don’t really want to eat my food from a paper plate with plastic cutlery. There is no tea and coffee in the room either, the bed was a little bit too hard for me as well, I couldn’t wait to get home to my own bed after this stay.
Excellent customer service, the breakfast was espectacular every day fresh food , fresh fruit, everything excellent.
The location is excellent it has over 300 restaurants within an hour 15 block radius and some of them are really high-end within an hour block radio. Shampoo conditioner was really bad so I suggest you bring a conditioner. Breakfast was great and the service was great considering what the Covid They are not able to do buffet. Beds really comfortable. I guess for the price that I paid it was a really good deal. The Internet work excellent which is a big plus for me overall probably the best hotel that I stay in the area
