The hotel was clean, perfectly located, extremely accommodating, and the staff went well out of their way to help with literally anything we asked for. The restaurant that’s onsite had amazing food (everything I tried was awesome). They even made special meals that weren’t on the menu for my wife who had a dietary restriction. But the hotel’s only flaw? Their wife absolutely sucks! If you need internet for work while staying here, then forget it and stay somewhere else. Other than that this hotel was perfect.
From Thursday through Saturday unable to sleep from 10:00pm-5:00am due to loud music noise fro the clubs which we were not informed off! Very unpleasant nights even though they changed our room not sure if this will resolve the problem.
I absolutely recommend this hotel .. you are in the center of it all .. restaurants, bars, club. Across the street you have a mini market. Everything is super convenient. The staff is amazing. Very attentive, super proactive and very much interested in making your stay a pleasant one. Everything we needed, they made sure to accommodate us. I will stay here again.
Great location a little loud if your room is located on the side where the bars are located. I may have some complaints but I always stay here. This time the breakfast was a little lacking
Nice hotel with immediate access to lively zona T. If you hate loud music/noise throughout the night, consider another location. But, if you like the night life, this the perfect hotel. Access to best eateries and drinks.
Excelente atención, haciéndonos sentir seguras y cálidas desde el primer momento hasta el final, la amabilidad y cuidado de sus empleados excepcional, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y ofrecer distintas opciones dependiendo la necesidad, sus instalaciones impecables, cómodas y con una excelente ubicación, ofrecen un desayuno variado, muy rico y con atenciones de primera, sin duda alguna un lugar para volver.
Conveniently located in zona T
Professional staff and helpful staff in both reception and cleaning, great location and the rooms were alright; the shower actually had hot water which honestly isn't all that common in Colombia in my experience. I think a hotel like this should have a more advanced tv with applications. The hallways had a bad smell and it was a little bit on the prize side.
The hotel is near discos and night clubs. Music can be heard all night Friday and Saturday until 4 am. Unable to sleep both nights. If you want quite do not stay here on a Friday or Saturday night. Otherwise the hotel is very nice
