Customer Service Needs Improvement. We loss water for a few hours and the young girl at the front desk was pretty flippant telling me that “it’s normal” for this to happen. No apologies for the inconvenience. Unbelievable! To get to the building where my room was, I had to climb many steps and walk a short distance to get to the elevators. Very inconvenient. Common areas were hot. They should consider installing fans. Very uncomfortable. The bright spot was our friendly bartender Maika. Great customer service, outstanding mixologist.

Beautiful property and grounds, pool and beach. Great housekeeping services. Meals too expensive, and service of diningroom staff substandard, quite often inattentive or unresponsive to requests.

Check-in was rocky, room card would not work after 5 trips back and forth to reception. Technician eventually fixed the door after an hour and a half hassle. Overall room, pool, and property were nice.
