Liu Men Melaka

Es war ein zauberhafter Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns wohl und behütet gefühlt. Das Personal insbesondere beim Frühstück war sehr professionell und Service orientiert. Wir waren unter der Woche und hatten ein Zimmer im 2ten Stock. Wir haben es nicht als laut empfunden! Alles war wunderbar!!!

Location, service, breakfast

Staff and location was incredible. They provided so much helpful information ahead of the trip. Complimentary welcome drinks and snacks in the room. The room turned down with dessert was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast had many options. Beds, specifically pillows, were the most comfortable I've had in my 3 months of traveling through Asia so far. The entire staff was amazing but I would love to give a special thank you to the doorman Hafis. He was so kind and welcoming. I loved our conversation about hiking, traveling, and appreciated his local recommendations.

Nothing. I'd read reviews about noise and had earplugs on the side of the bed but noise didn't bother me at all. I had a great night sleep.

The location was exceptional - near to Jonker Walk, but far enough away to be away from the crowds. It had a very peaceful ambience and outstanding cleanliness. As a fairly small hotel, it catered for its guests very well with a range of breakfasts on offer. The room/suite was spectacular and we particularly liked the bath/shower room. The staff were brilliant and always prepared to help in any way possible. It is impossible to mention anyone by name, but the front of house staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were all excellent.

Location was unbeatable, staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was spotlessly clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. The availability of a private car park was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent with daily specials.
