Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Liu Men. Besonders die Lage fanden wir genial und das Hotel ist wunderschön. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl und unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr stylisch eingerichtet.

Das Frühstück ist für den Preis nicht angemessen. Was uns zudem gestört hat, ist der Lärm in der Umgebung. Nicht die Strasse oder das Quartier, das weiss man ja, wenn man hier bucht, dass es laut sein kann. Aber während unseres Aufenthalts haben Jungs direkt vor unserer Zimmertür bis 2am Feuerwerkskörper losgelassen. Es klang wie im Krieg und an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Klar, da kann das Hotel in dem Sinne nichts dafür, aber allenfalls müsste hier interveniert werden, das geht so nicht. Wir würden deshalb nicht wieder kommen. Schade.

The location is perfect, close to everything you need in the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very well done in terms of design. The bedroom was comfortable and the inner courtyard was such a highlight.

Nothing. I know some people mention the noise but it’s inescapable and we didn’t notice it very much.

Everyone is warm and helpful

The location of the hotel was perfect to see all the sights and at the back of Jonker Walk. The initial welcome to the hotel was lovely, with a refreshing drink too. As the hotel was small the ataff knew all guests by name and were accommodating to me being vegetarian. The little treats throughout the after, from the fresh fruit to the before bed snack were wonderful touches. Even the hand fan gift on departure was unexpected.

Shame that there were no hotel bags available for purchase
