سيء للغايه ونصب في الاستقبال

تم إلغاء الحجز من الاستقبال لحظة الحضور وعرض غرف أخرى بمقابل كاش وبسعر اعلى بعد الانتظار الطويل ولم يتم تسجيل الدخول علما بان النظافة سيئة جدا ووجود حشرات وروائح كريهة
