I booked online via booking.com but when I go for check in they said I did not pay I think booking.com and hotel together scammers. Please away from this hotel as staff is very rude and they use you and blackmailing. Even showed I paid online still not believe as they think foreigner and forget some people maybe your fathers and give lessons.

الموقع مناسب لقربه من الحرم-اداوت النظافة متوفرة بشكل جيد-التكييف يعمل جيدا

يوجد رائحة كريهة بالحمام - الغرفة ضيقة جدا- هناك اصوات خارجية مزعجة جدا جدا - يحتاج الى تجديد الاثاث - يحتاج الى زيادة المصاعد والمتابعة من قبل فريق العمل - كذلك النظافة العامة يجب ان تكون افضل

"My wife and me were very lucky to have this hotel was cheap and easy access to kabbah my most import"

Room was clean had kettle and fridge plus points easy access to shop and restaurant food very cheap 5min walk to Kabbah met all my expectations

Return to hotel as a bit uphill
