Glacier Lodge

Everything was great. The home is larger than expected and is a great layout. The driveway was a fun experience, steep and twisty.

The room we had only had a pull out sofa no bed which was a surprise. When trying to get assistance with accommodations front desk just referred us to other property owners not very helpful

Good location, but place is dated, couldn't receive email, and the TV picture kept cutting out.. Overall not worth the price.

Very simple and easy check in, only thing to note is that the daily rate for parking is $20

I didn’t read the fine print. Despite showing pictures of beds, my unit didn’t have one. Just a sleeper sofa from the 90s which is basically not useable. It was in the description so my bad for not seeing it, but their bad for showing invalid photos. Staff didn’t care. Reservation system couldn’t do anything, even if I asked to pay more. Bottom line, no sleep on first day (I slept on the sofa cushions on the floor) and got a new place on my own and ate the cost of the unit for the rest of the stay. They need to

The first room we were put in was fairly underwhelming as it was quite dated and had a pretty unbearable smell, however, upon following up with ResortQuest, they had someone come to the room and agree to change our room. The new room was amazing with updated furniture and a kitchen. Even though the first room was not up to level, their reaction and solution was great. There is a good chance we will be back at some point.

Convenient clean well staffed knowledgeable staff, 20$ per night to park was a bit of a downer Nearly 1/3 of the per night fee. I had an exceptionally low preseason rate

I was at a conference at the Fairmont and this place was right next door for a fraction of the price. The rooms have a keypad which was great for me, as I couldn't lose my key. The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A nice spot in the upper village, close to the Blackcomb gondola.

20 dollars a night for parking??? Come on!! Room furnishings were very lacking, not even a stand for luggage. Because of the metal roof and flashings, rain water dripped all night------ not good
