Absolutely wonderful place. All the facilities were amazing and the rooms were great. Love the old school touches like the record player. Great staff and I can't wait to go back.

All personnel were so kind and helpful.

Relaxing reset to all the outside noise happening around us in the world today. Wish more folks would adhere to the “shhhh” signs, and stay off their phones. Loved hearing all the birds sing in the morning.

The Springs Resort and Spa is a lovely place to get away from the hustle and bustle of your regular life and just relax. The mineral waters are very restorative, there are spa service options like massage etc., the rooms are clean and comfortable and it is not too big and it’s very very quiet and mellow.

The Spring is “as advertised” meaning you get what they say and how it looks on their site. I gave 5 stars even though there are some things that can be improved, but overall we had a great stay. The overall tone is peaceful and I love the size—esp as compared to the large spas around them like the Azure. So so quiet! I am now in love with mineral spas. Pros: all the public spaces are beautifully kept. Almost everything is in good shape and spotlessly clean. I especially like the tile in the 2 warm/hot tubs. The staff is really friendly, on top of things and unobtrusive. (I can’t comment on spa service providers as we didn’t do those; other guests were raving though). The temps in the 3 pools/tubs are checked regularly. The “living room” is a nice place to hang out. The landscaping is fantastic, birds and honeybees everywhere! Nice towels, sheets and ceiling fans. Breakfast was basic (cold cereal, brown bread, organic hard boiled eggs, cut fruit, yogurt, OJ) but good quality. Improvements: the rooms could use some updating. I only saw ours and one other; both were comfortable and the paint was recent but the bathrooms are from the 1980s I think? And really not as nice as the rest of the place. Also the infrared sauna really doesn’t work as there are gaps in the glass doors so the heat escapes (staff said there is a plan to replace it). Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for four nights while attending a conference in Palm Springs. The rooms were kept very clean and are in good condition. It was great having the full kitchen with microwave. They also had all the utensils and the stove if you wanted to cook a breakfast or dinner. In the evening, the resort was very quiet and relaxing. However, we noticed that they did a rather brisk day spa type business during the day. The place was very busy with day spa visitors and various activities going on. It was OK for us because we were gone to the conference most of the day. However, if we were to stay for a long weekend, it may get kind of annoying. The day spa visitors also were not very respectful and left trash and used towel towels all over the place. The water was very nice and relaxing. I also found the pools to be very clean. The on-site continental breakfast was sufficient. However, I would suggest that they have different types of breads available in the event that people did not like their super dark grainy bread. It would not be hard for the hotel to add muffins or bagels in addition to the breads. Overall, if I were to be in the area again, I would definitely stay here. Hopefully the hotel reads this and adds some type of evening housekeeping to the outdoor areas.

Our stay at The Spring was awesome. They made us feel welcomed and understood. I love that their staff are so professional and provide everything you could want from massages to juice and other therapies. 10/10 highly recommend for healing and relaxation

We had a great stay at The Spring Resort and Spa. Everything felt very clean and well maintained. The highlight for us was the private mineral-water tub in the backyard of our room. What really stood out was the staff (Michelle, Ana, Daniela, Jessica) . They were genuinely kind and helpful. Because they were sold out for one night in the middle of our stay, they personally helped arrange a nearby hotel for that night, handled all the communication, and made the transition seamless. We truly felt looked after rather than just sent away. We especially want to mention Tammy, the massage therapist. Many massages feel too light, but Tammy does real deep-tissue work with strong, skilled hands — and still without bruising. Over 3–5 sessions she gradually increased pressure and the results were obvious: the posture improved quickly and it visibly. We will happily come back — hopefully next year!

If I could give infinitely more stars I would. Love. Love. Love. We enjoyed the healthy breakfasts. Quiet. Solitude. Got a unit with a kitchen. Cooked our own dinners. Truly memorable exp. Wished I lived closer, id come even more often. Lovely staff. Everything spot on.
