Everything about it, very kind and respectful greeting in the front desk, everyone with such a great attitude. I would come back to this hotel everytime i come back to SPI.

The bed was clean and comfortable.

We did not have our room cleaned or brought clean towels for 3 days. We had to seek the room service to get clean towels.

Right near the water with quick access to the beach, Every room has a balcony with a partial, yet great view of the ocean. Staff was great.

Rooms are a bit dated and some appliances can seem a little sketchy to use.
