Poor Quality far from the elevator room , under the bar which we could not sleep including our 7 months babies until 3 am after the noise was gone. Manager refused our late check out for an hour later, check out 10 am was so early for our babies to be ready to feed and prepare. service desk with poor experience and each time we ask something like we need teeth past or shampoo the response was we will check with the manager and get back to you) Pay the same cost and stay in better hotel

Location was very central - could walk everywhere. Not a fancy suite but good value for the price and great for a short stay.

The suite is quite old and needs a facelift. Hot water is erratic, beds not that comfy. Location is great but can be very noisy as right over a pub.

Lovely apartments, good size for a 1 bedroom, enough room even when using the sofa bed, good facilities, needed the washing machine will all the ski clothes we had - the free tin of dishwasher and washing tablets was very handy. It was well heated and the fireplace was a nice touch. It was a good location in the centre of town with a short walk to the slopes. The reception were very helpful. The hot tub was lovely in the gym.

Towels were too small. No instructions on how to use anything - especially the recycling requirements as I'm sure there could have been more waste we could have recycled. Door code stopped working at 9.30am on the day we left, even though checkout is not until 10am - we were downstairs in the basement dealing with the garbage and couldn't get back into the room that had all our luggage in. The ski locker padlock was very tricky to use, so we ended up leaving our locker unlocked.

The location is directly across from Whistlers busiest nightclub and we were kept awake till 2:30am 3 out of 4 nights by people leaving the nightclub. We asked to be moved to a room further away from the nightclub but were told its not possible. I have stayed at Whistler 10 or so times and I will never book at this location again.
