This is the 2nd time stay and would certainly recommend, so close to shopping transport and the beach. We were upgraded to a bigger room and the view was beautiful After our flights were cancelled (twice) Kathy and the team were very kind to let us stay an extra night We will be returning and will recommend the Neptune to friends and family Thank-you Neptune

It was a good stay a little bit older place but was clean had every thing you needed price was good and the location is 5 stars very close to Pacific Fair the biggest shopping centre in the Gold Coast and are handy to Light rail and walking distance to the casino.

Unfortunately the room wasnt very clean, dirty marks on doors in bathroom and walls, could hear noise from other units and animals barking, but nice units and very good security
