Nothing perfect in my eyes

Pokoje bardzo zaniedbane przydałoby sie pomalować,kuchnia bardzo zaniedbana, wszystkie naczynia były brudne , panie sprzątające wogole nie sprzątają,poszewka na kołdrę była zdjęta do wymiany ,ale nowa nie została założona na kołdrę ,spaliśmy pod kołdra bez poszewki, kurz nie byl wogole wycierany,podłogi nie były wogole umyte a podłogi były tak brudne ze nasze skarpetki zostały wszystkie wyrzucone poniewaz nie było szansy ich wyprac ,tak bardzo brudna podłoga.Pelno mrówek wszędzie ,nic z tym nie robią. Ogólnie tylko widok z tarasu na mala plaze byl ladny. Wystarczyło by pomalować wszystko i wyczyścić pozadnie pokoje które są mega zaniedbane i byłby naprawdę ladny apartament plus materac do wymiany stary i bardzo niewygodny

The swimming pool was excellent and the running routes nearby were good. The gym was OK. The location was good, as it was only a short bus ride to the main city centre and there were plenty of decent shops and restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed going to the beach that is very close to the hotel and seeing all the unusual scenery around the town e.g. volcano, cactus, hills. The roads are not too busy and the people around the area know that this is a location used for different training, e.g. cycling, running etc. The hotel can also recommend lots of different activities and the staff are friendly and fluent in different languages. I liked having a room with facilities to make my own meals and be able to relax with a lot of space and keep cool. I was able to plan and execute my training plan well with other like minded people. I was able to rest well.

I had a major issue with other people thinking that they had booked the same room I was in and also cleaners coming and going at inconvenient times. They didn't clean the room properly at times and I didn't have the right amenities at times e.g. cooking, shower gel. I didn't feel it was a 5 star hotel. The gym could of had better equipment and I couldn't train properly on 1 day, as it was being used by lots of other people. I think there were other activities available within the hotel e.g fitness classes, swim sessions, cycling, but I was never offered the chance. The dinner was not good value for money, or tasted that nice. I had to heat it up in a microwave.
