"Filthy two bed apartment with a closed off pool is really not good enough for the prices they’re charging!"

We stayed in a two bed apt near the reception. Our pool was closed, the bathrooms were filthy and there was even an old cigarette butt left under the living room table. Several requests to reception went unheeded until I collared a grounds keeper who actually managed to get a cleaner in. The two bathrooms were so filthy you wouldn’t have showered there. We had no outdoor furniture on arrival - again that took multiple requests to fix. The supposedly heated lane pool was also freezing. We stayed here at least ten years ago but things have gone very much downhill since. There are much better places for less money where you can enjoy the fab Costa Teguise.
