The Ocean Key Virginia Beach Resort

Nothing was good at this place. Very unprofessional Rude RATCHET. And I left something in the room. And it was not turned in..And the Resort stole $250 off my Daughter's CC. They told a lie and said that we smashed 2 TV's and broke a Mirrior. We are professional work ppls in the corporate world. And have never been so humiliated in our lives. So now we have taken further. We ask for a refund and they was very unprofessional. And Valencia Norwood never return any call. I posted this location on Social Media. And getting great feedback.

I personally dislike from the moment I walked into this place was disappointing. They never noticed us that they were robberies in there Parking Deck. And their house keepers were thieves. And i will stop at nothing to get our belongings replaced. And our $ back.

I liked the staff everyone was pleasant and helpful. I liked how it was right on strip

I didn't like the pool was extremely small it was advertised as beach front ocean view and that is not the case parking was also very small for the large suv the elevator took way to long even during late hour. Bed sheets were not clean, and instead of staff exchanging it they made me do it myself. No ac or heat controls. Carpet in hall was dirty. I was offered access tot he other hotel which I was told sits right on thr beach and that one sat further back away from beach more then this location.

The attitude of the staff, the check in was horrible, the disrespect that was shown and exhibited to me during check in, made purposely to wait while others were being checked in, did not receive the accommodations I booked for, was given all types of excuses.
