Was notified upon arrival that air conditioning was not operating no other accommodations were offered such as fans. Beds were not clean hot tub did not work staff wasn’t not very friendly.

. Maintenance issues and staff would not help or give us a refund . Did not sleep the entire night. Poor customer service, manager would not call me back to solve any problems that we had. Not clean or sanitary.

I like how the rooms were set up with the kitchen in-between. Things were clean.

The wi-fi was not good. I could not watch TV because it stayed frozen the entire time. The TV worked around 5 am, I assumed more people were asleep instead of on their electronics. The parking deck needs an elevator. We parked on the upper level and had to walk all the way down to the first level to check in. The pizza restaurant that in located on the first level is a little expensive.
