The location is convenient to access payday lift and first time lift. The layout of unit is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is huge.

Some equipment needs to be replaced such as the kettle, which is full of rust, and items like frying pans that have varying degrees of limescale buildup. The carpet appears dirty, some lamps are not functioning, and the bedding is less comfortable than expected for the price.

Excellent location. Loved the fireplace and private hot tub. Wish water temperature was hotter. Felt like home. Blankets for the couches would have added to comfort. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

I spent a lot of time researching before I booked our Park City accommodation, and we have all been over the moon with the choice. Don't hesitate. Great unit. Perfect location if you intend on skiing. We are an Australian family of 6, so three couples and booked one of the two story 3 bedroom units. The unit is lovely and honestly felt like home the minute we walked in. We had the best home base for the 5 days we were there. It's such a homely unit. The bed was firm and I think needs an upgrade so a better bed would have been icing on the cake so to speak.Pool was awesome very warm as was the hit spa. The sauna was not working as yet. Overall great location and undercover parking. We will be back

The property was amazing. The room actually looked better than the online pictures. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We wi definitely be returning here again!!!

Pool was closed

The unit itself was great, no issues at all with unit, its amenities, or its cleanliness We loved the location and ease of walking up town or taking the car and driving elsewhere. Great that parking was available for guests. Used the full kitchen for multiple meals which again being close to grocery stores was great. We loved Fresh Market! Didn't like the last minute notice about the pool/hot tub being closed during our stay. And there were no comparable alternatives available that provided a pool/hot tub and full kitchens. Having a rare medical condition the full kitchen was a necessity, which is why we stayed at Silver King. Also there were multiple people in the hallways our last night talking excessively loud at midnight, after about 30 minutes another guest finally yelled at them to be quiet. Also the contractor working above us at 8:30in the morning was not nice to be woken up by. And the response from the front desk was "the city ordinance allows them to start at 8am" Thats a complete lack of regard for the guests on vacation for the very reason of getting rest and relaxation, these were NOT the pool workers. We only saw them 1 day in the 5 days we were there.
