Bed was comfy, the kitchen was nice, had plenty of space. The Sauna was great.

It would've been nice to know the room is fully stocked with cooking tools, we would've brought things to cook to save money on going on but it wasn't clear in the description. Also the hot tub was beyond too warm, we weren't able to enjoy it nearly as much as we wanted because it was uncomfortably hot. It also wasn't consistent. The jets would turn on and off randomly and by the third day the hot tub made everything stink. The hand soap, conditioner, shampoo bottles were all very dirty. Stuff was caked around the bottles and the dispenser. It was very gross. There were multiple dishes put away that were still dirty so we had to reclean every dish we used before we could use it. The staff to clean the unit came 15 minutes early to our check out time (11:00 am) and scared us to death. He just walked in while we were getting dressed. It was incredibly rude and invasive. The front desk staff was difficult and not in a good mood at all. I felt like I was bugging him to ask about parking. He wasn't nice to be around at all. We had the same experience the next day when asking him another question, very abrasive attitude towards us for no reason. Our key stopped working to get into the room an hour before our checkout? It was very weird and made it difficult to get in and out of the room since we couldn't close the door fully. I have no idea why that happened.

Not so good. Unit was dirty, dusty, dead bugs on the floors. Definitely disappointing for the price I paid.

First time staying there, I like it a lot, clean , quiet , walkable.

I found the people to be a little bit rude and unaccommodating. They don’t really have a hotel staff. You have to do everything yourself which is hard when you’re traveling alone.

Great place and great location. The only problem was that the dryer exhaust hose was disconnected so laundry could not be done.
