Close to home for a quick getaway

MUSTY! Overwhelming MUSTY, almost like a FUNGUS stench throughout. Had to keep our balcony door open just to breath. Left with a migraine. NEVER AGAIN!

Convenient to everything in PC, on foot or by bus. Property is clean, well appointed, nicely maintained, and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Air conditioning is insufficient, so be prepared for warm and stuffy afternoon/evenings. Box fans are necessary and available at front desk. Un-shaded skylights on the top floor will leave you praying for overcast skies! Limited space in parking garage.

The hotel was nice. It has an indoor/outdoor pool. The only complaint was the room got very hot and did not cool down when we went to sleep.

We stayed at The Silver King Resort for two weeks in July and were sad to leave! The location is perfect and the one-bedroom condo was roomy and very clean and comfortable!

Very cozy feels like home type of place! Great pool and locating very clean!

We stayed for my wife’s birthday and it was a perfect stay. The location is great and close to many activities. The room was clean and spacious.

The apartment was beautiful and the location to nearby attractions was great. Front desk girl from Paraguay was friendly and helpful.

The entire apartment smelled like chlorine, it hit us the moment we walked in. We tried to use it since that was the whole selling point of this room, but we couldn't due to how overpowering the smell was. There's also NO WAY it was cleaned recently, things were floating in it and there was a brown line around the whole tub at the water level. We had trouble sleeping due to the smell going all the way to the bedrooms.
