Great location, and staff is nice. No dining or food options available after 9-10pm within the hotel and is an inconvenience if arriving around or after that time after traveling. Room was nice and comfortable.

If you are going to an event at CHI Arena, the location is perfect! I loved that we could just walk through the skyway to get there.

All we could see out our window was the roof and windows to other rooms. It was depressing. Also, the front desk staff were rude, and it was all overpriced.

"Filthy crowded loud gym area over run by kids."

Pool was crowded and hot tub had 16 toddlers in it. Gym was filthy locker rooms were filthy and sauna was old. Had to clean up hairs in my roomโ€™s tub. Wont stay here again.
