The location and view was beautiful

Some of the fixtures ie light switches, power points don’t work. The fan also don’t work in one bedroom small things nothing major

The location, room size and facilities

The room was not clean, there was electrical cords left on the ground , coffee table and bench tops weren't wiped down and the sheets on one of the beds weren't clean.

Fantastic location halfway between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, surfclub opposite is a good spot for lunch/pint. Huge flat, with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, large open plan kitchen living with balcony. Flat had a bathroom as well as an ensuite in master bedroom. There was an underground car park, tennis court, indoor and outdoor pool and BBQs.

The fitness centre was somewhat disappointing, adequate cardio equipment but only one all in one weight machine, no dumbells, indoor pool area was somewhat dated.

We had everything that we needed in the apartment, there was really no need to dine out. Guests and owners were very friendly.

I'm not a fan of heights, so at Level 17 where the views were exceptional. I couldn't overcome my fear. No major
