Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Reception hours are: Monday-Friday 8:30-17:00 Saturday-Sunday 8:30-15:00 BreakFree Acapulco offers secure covered car parking (1 space per apartment, subject to availability). Guest parking is available at the front and rear of property. Please note the maximum height is 1.92m. From 22 July to 28 August 2024 onsite parking will be limited however one parking permit per booking will be available and is valid for a nearby carpark. Maintenance Notice: Please be advised that we currently have 1 operational lift in our building. Our 2nd lift is currently out of order, pending replacement. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
