Portofino Island Resort

Perfect location, amazing room with view. It has everything you can ask for. The beaches were pristine, and their multiple pools made for a relaxing experience all around. Will be back!

My whole family had a wonderful time at the Portofino Condo Resort. Our condominium was in Tower 5, #1103, and we were impressed by the cleanliness and modern amenities. The view of both the ocean and the sound was also beautiful! All of the service staff we met were friendly and very helpful. You’ll also enjoy how quiet, clean and unspoiled the beach there is as well. Highly recommend! Paul L.

We did not eat breakfast but the location was good.

After checking in we had another guest cursing my 18 year old son and was screaming at us. It took security about 45 minutes to show up. I assume she was taken care of because they were reviewing security footage. Not a good way to start a vacation.

Had a wonderful time with kids & and grandkids. Pools are perfectly set up for fun for young kids and adults. Safe, clean, rinse off showers, enclosed, access with unit key. Highly recommend. Gorgeous views in every direction. Breezes on balconies. Notes: Our unit had no beach towels. TV in every room. No games, puzzles, etc. Rides tobAirport for early flights are nonexistent. Concierge recommended "Freddy the Transporter", a lifetime resident of Pensacola, ex military. Freddy had the best playlist of 300 oldies. Freddy and I sang along with his Playlist. Freddy's reliable, fun, knowledgeable, and, without him, you won't catch that 7:35 am. flight. 850-501-4448 Investigate limitations of golf carts before you rent. The usable area is quite small, restricted. Only 1 load of dishwasher soap provided. No cleaning/wipe supplies. No vacuum but a ton of free sand. Outstanding place for family get together.

Just uploaded some pics. Bldg 1 unit 801 was awful. Asked 2 people for help, one said couldn’t help us other said they would help took cell, never helped. Balcony furniture broken and unusable. Curtains stained and broken in all rooms. Dishwasher leaked. Stains on beds/bedding. I could go on. Just warning.

property was beautiful with lots to do. The condo was very comfortable and nice.

towels and wash clothes and bedspread were dingy but when asked for new ones they had housekeeping bring more and so they showed they are attentive with request.

Clean and nicely updated. Located towards the end of the island and views of both beaches. Full kitchen and 2 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms.

It was absolutely amazing and the room was exceptionally beautiful.

It didn't have chain locks on the inside of the room door, so my kids could easily open and exit. If you were out at the beach behind the hotel before doors locked at night, there was no way to get back inside after hours. I had to wait 1.5 hours for security to find us and let us back in.
