Portofino Island Resort

We won’t stay anywhere else! We booked from a website, and didn’t know what we were walking into. We pulled up to this gorgeous resort, walked into a beautiful reception area, was greeted by the kindness people, they gave us all the info we could get about what always available. Then we went to our tower, found where we’re parked, and walked into paradise. The view breathtaking. The condo was basically sound proof, and amazing. The balcony overlooked the gulf, we could see hear and smell the ocean. The property was immaculate, they was always someone working to improve things. The staff was so kind no matter where we went. We booked a massage. I would book many more, it was so relaxing, again the staff was so kind! My husband and I have talked about buying a condo on the resort because we had such a great experience! If you get the chance to stay here…DO!!!!!

The pool, amenities, gym and views are pretty good overall. The elevators are very fast which is good when you are on a higher level but that is about there it ends. The mixed drinks are pretty weak and the service and customer attention at the restaurants is non-existent. This is a very nice property with multi-million dollar units and people who have money. They need to meet basic expectations for the level of client.

The Resort and Employees were GREAT Specially Keaira at the check in desk. now as for the unit we stayed in which is Managed by Vacasa Unit 1-902 was very poorly maintained, doors to balcony didn't lock and main slider was very hard to open and close, master bath had a whirlpool tub that had no drain stopper so it was unusable, master bath hair dryer doesn't work either. Furniture worn and even kitchen faucet handle fell off when turned on, door from second bedroom to balcony when opened door knob fell off plus door wouldn't lock. When we arrived our reservation wasn't here yet Vacasa the Management company for this unit failed to send to the Resort our confirmation, it took an hour on the phone with Kim at Vacasa to finally get the reservation confirmation sent to The Resort. As I mentioned above Keaira the Resort check in clerk was very helpful and assisted to make this time a little less stressful but no thanks from Vacasa Management. I would definitely never recumbent them.

Wonderful property with a friendly staff and gorgeous views. Wish we could have stayed longer…

Location can't be beat!

They have everything you need for a vaca in one place; pools, restaurants, exercise equipment, water fun for kids, beach set ups, bike rental, Blue Angel cruise Its all there. You can drive into Navarre or Pensacola in 30 minutes or less for shopping or restaurants

Great for the family.
