CAThe staff at the Pantages are always so friendly and willing to assist. Thid is one of the reasons it has become my go to. James at the front desk is exceptionally accommodating and considerate.

Guest services was slow when we phoned to request items. Several hours later and still didn't show up. Bed and pillows were just ok.
Stayed at this hotel on Friday night as we had tickets to a concert at Massey Hall. I initially chose it because of its closeness to the venue ( a literal 2 min walk), but was so pleasantly surprised at its proximaty to so many things. There are a number of great restaurants, tons of shopping, and even more theatres for performances than I could count Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped, having a large seating area that was separate form the sleeping area, and the bathroom had plenty of space and ammenities. We had breakfast the next morning at the hotel which was fantastic(try the double bacon breakfast sandwich!) and the service was lovely. Had a couple of cocktails in the bar pre show, and that was lovely too! This will be my new go-to for short stays downtown!

My girlfriend and I spent a lovely night at this hotel for Valentine's Day. The room was clean and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. Their front of house staff, James and Paul, were extremely welcoming and made the stay especially special. Would definitely go back in the future!
My boyfriend and I stayed here on two separate occasions, and each time we enjoyed our stay. The receptionists James and Paul were exceptional. They were friendly, kind, and welcoming. The check-in/out process was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The noise level was minimal. The location was also great. I have zero complaints. We will be coming back!
This was our first time staying at Pantages Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious and clean. James at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. When visiting Toronto again, we will definitely book with Pantages! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel in a very ideal location near the Eaton’s Centre.
