AUCAHotel is located in great central location with close access to Yonge Street theatres, Massey Hall, and Eaton Centre. The room was large and nicely decorated. Shower was great.
The beds are lower than average heights so could pose an issue with anyone with mobility issues.

ATDie Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Man hat direkt ein Shopping Center mit einem Food Court nebenan. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants oder Cafés. Sehr zentral gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. The location is excellent. There is a shopping center with a food court right next door. There are numerous restaurants and cafés in the immediate surrounding. Very centrally located. The staff was ver friendly.
Auf den ersten Blick sieht das Zimmer toll aus, aber der Schein trügt. Wir hatten bei Ankunft noch einen vollen und dreckigen Kühlschrank von unseren Vorgängern. Wir mussten zwei Mal nachfragen, bis es gereinigt wurde. Die Bettwäsche war dreckig. Wurde dann zwar ausgewechselt, aber hatte wieder Flecken. Wir hatten es dann schon gelassen, weil wir aufgegeben hatten. Auch das Bad war leider nicht ganz sauber, hier waren noch Haare von unseren Vorgängern zu finden. Des Weiteren sind wir mit einem 7 Monate alten Baby angereist und hatten ein Babybett angefragt. Jedoch gibt es gar kein Babybett mit einer Matratze, sondern eine Spielmatte. Wir haben dann zu dritt in einem 1,40m Bett geschlafen. Das Personal war zwar bemüht, aber eine wirkliche Lösung gab es nicht. Sie haben uns vorgeschlagen, dass einer von uns auf die Couch ausweichen soll. Dann hatten wir noch nach einem Wasserkocher gefragt. Hier waren auch noch alte Essensreste dran. Und fehlen die Worte. Wir waren bereits in deutlich günstigeren Hotels, die deutlich besser und sauberer waren. Das alles für knapp 400 Euro die Nacht (inkl. Steuern). Absolut nicht gerechtfertigt und sehr enttäuscht vom Hotel. At first glance, the room looks great, but appearances are deceptive. On arrival we still had a full and dirty fridge from the previous guests. We had to ask twice before it was cleaned. The bed sheets were dirty. They were then changed but had stains again. We then actually gave up on asking to change them again. The bathroom was also not completely clean, there were still hairs from the previous guests. Furthermore, we arrived with a 7-month-old baby and had requested a baby crib. However, there is no crib with a mattress but a play mat. The three of us then slept in a 1.40m bed. The staff was kind, but there was no real solution. They suggested that one of us should move to the couch. Lastly, we asked for a kettle, which still some old leftovers on it. So actually we have no words.
FRMalgré un souci avec la réservation booking, le personnel de l'hôtel a été très compréhensif et professionnel. De plus les repas proposés étaient excellents, ainsi que les petits déjeuners. Toutefois si vous êtes pressés le matin il faudra penser à anticiper. Enfin la vu au 16eme étage etait super et la literie très confortable.
CABeautiful accommodations and exceptional staff. Paul made everything perfect and was a joy. Breakfast was included in our booking and there were fantastic choices. We settled on building our own omelette and the French toast. The portions were large and every was delicious. Thank you Inga for making our morning. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
