Waterpark and beach access was nice

spider fell out of shower head, door handle broke, all the vents in the bathrooms blow out hot air, staff was not nice when problems were brought up

Only thing I didnt like was we wanted to stay an e tra night and they were gonna charge us over 200 dallors when we was already stayed 3 nights.

Very enjoyable experience. Great food at the restaurant, fun atmosphere at the pool and the lazy river. One worker Marilu Alcazar was very helpful extremely happy to help accommodate our needs. Thank you! We're still here, checking out tomorrow.

"Would not stay again, maybe some of the other rooms are maintained better than the one we had."

On the beach, had a pool

Room not well maintained. Drywall in the room had tears. Multiple stained areas in the ceiling. Mold in the shower.

"Pretty great, but the roaches really bothered me."

Plenty of pools and it’s right in the ocean, fantastic.

The suite has roaches. Went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and they would scatter.
