"Wonderful Dunes Village experience and the Staff was so helpful"

My family went for my granddaughter make a wish vacation we stayed a week the staff was sooo nice over the top with kindness the check in assistant was sooo nice Ms. Toni ,she help us with everything we needed I would love to stay every time I come to Myrtle Beach to the Dune village staff thanks for a wonderful week Ms. Toni thanks for you great hospitality we had 10 kids and you guys were just wonderful to us will see you again what a wonderful stay thanks Ms. Toni and staff

"Paid way too much"

Our room is a nice large size

The poor area was messy. There was lots of hair and debris in the pool. It just did not feel clean or sanitary. I was very nervous to walk back-and-forth from the parking lot to the hotel at night. I literally took my jewelry off and put it in my purse. I shouldn’t have carried a purse at all.

Breakfast was not the best. Not alot of options for $14/per person.

Volume on tv stopped working 2nd night. 3rd night the whole tv shut down and blacked out . We went downstairs to ask if someone could fix the problem, they sent 2 different maintenance men and STILL didn't fix the problem or replace the tv. All the money spent to not use the tv was ridiculous. Thats the only reason I would give a poor rating.

I love the amenities and the activities. Also the location.

The property was a little outdated only one elevator worked. I also had asked for an early check-in, which didn’t happen until 3:40 PM. Also, one of the hot tubs was low and water. The pools could use updating and painting.
