Mooie schone kamer, vriendelijk ontvangst

Eerste nacht problemen met ventilatie systeem dat centraal geregeld is, hierdoor bijna niet geslapen. Tweede nacht andere kamer gevraagd, ventilatie systeem in orde. Om 8.00u wakker van hamergeluiden op tweede pinksterdag werkt er gewerkt aan de nieuwbouw. Dit was ons niet verteld. Om 8.30u brandalarm dat afgaat, moesten het gebouw verlaten via noodtrap. Eenmaal op de parkeerplaats is er niemand te zien van het hotel terwijl alle klanten buiten stonden. Vervolgens gaat even later de deur van de receptie open en wordt er geschreeuwd, sorry, loos alarm. Vervolgens wordt de deur weer dicht gedaan en hebben niemand meer gehoord of gezien. Een vriendelijk woord en een kopje koffie was het minste wat ze hadden kunnen doen.
