"The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room up to date, comfortable and very quiet."

The breakfast was very good and plentiful with a variety of food and special service with choices of cooked eggs or omelets made on the spot.

"Hotel under construction which does not honor the Booking.com rates reserved"

Hotel did not honour the Booking.com room rate that I had reserved many months in advance - claimed they didn't have a record of it and charged me a rate 20-25% higher! What is the value of booking on Booking.com if the rates Booking displays are not honoured ?!? Also, the hotel was under construction so a total mess. Rooms weren't cleaned during our stay; bathroom did not have a lock on the door. Overally a poor experience on all service and facility fronts and I will be pursuing Booking for a refund of the extra rate I was forced to pay
