They let me go in the middle of the night outside, and no help was given. They absolutely ignored booking.com reservations which were paid completely and, moreover, in double, as they made a mistake, and afterwards they made up a guest on my colleague's invoice, and instead of professional communication, we received short sentences.

Das Bett war absolut ekelhaft, anders kann man es nicht beschreiben. Als ich unter dem topper (zwischen topper und Matratze) nach etwas gesucht habe, das meine Tochter womöglich da versteckt haben könnte, waren da 2 große Blutflecken (wahrscheinlich periodenblut) unbehandelt zu sehen. Auf sowas lässt man seine Gäste schlafen, ich war maximal angewidert. Die Toilettenspülung war zudem kaputt.
