On check in the lovely staff member happily found us a better room for a very good rate. We contacted room service at one time and the staff were so accomodating. Nothing was a problem and their response was immediate.

On this trip, everything did seem a lot more expensive. We realise that current ecconomic times dictate this but as a couple of half retired / half part time work, we would be conservative on our next booking.

The pool for young child. The staff are all personable and able to help. The relaxed vibe. Bannisters restaurant for breakfast. Bannisters for dinner Convenience of the Cheeky Dog for casual meals.

The room was a little tired, but still very clean, relaxed and comfortable.

The location in the vicinity of Port Stephen’s was great for getting around and exploring. The accomodation and parking close by was excellent as were the restaurant linked to Rick Stein and the adjacent bar/pool area.
