Staff are very nice. The porter is exceptionally good- wish I had cash for a tip! He helped chnage my room, chnage my room service order and carried my bags. he was a star. Rooms nice- i got room 262- it is very far, and the rooms not facing in can have road noise (i was 242, lost of noise from the main road). room service was efficient. I slept well.

Food options not very healthy. Will probably take garden room next time.

I liked that the location was close to where my event was to be held.

The customer service. The staff does not communicate efficiently. We waited upto an hour for room service then when the food arrived, it was cold. We were told breakfast was included but then they charged us for breakfast.
