the enviroment of the Hotel and the nice garden with pool

The rooms are very comfortable. I liked room 129. Staff did help when any issues arose. Breakfast has all you need. Cafe good for a quick bite.

Wish there were mosquito plug ins.

I waited for 50 minutes at the reception, and at 5:30 p.m. I still hadn’t received my room, even though check-in is stated to start at 3:00 p.m. The staff at the reception were having fun behind the counter while the guest, tired after a flight, didn’t even receive an apology for the inconvenience.
