We got there at around 23.30pm and firstly the rooms were nor as requested the Twin beds that took a while to sort out and secondly we were hungry and tired and were told there is no room service.

Location is great and the hotel is beautiful

A staff member who checked us in had issue with the fact that the names of my husband and sister in law were not not the same as that of mine. They had the booking which was not paid and they simply wanted to check in. He was asked to call me - he refused! They offered that they call me and he said he was not going to call. He was overall rude!
