Facilities were good

Staff are rude, condescending and have no regard for guest relations. Management did step in by thereafter staff went back to being rude and condescending. Would love to recommend the actual hotel but given the staff need training on how to handle guests and how to service guests and not act like they doing the guest a favor

The Resort was just as shown on the website, the pool was good and clean and the booths were nice as well.

The passeges/corridors were never cleaned for the five days was there, I never saw or heard any hoover and will always find the dirt from previous days still there. The floor rooms are tiled but no floor mats next to the beds. The last two nights the sewage smell from the drainage system was unbearable we couldn't sleep. I will advise they fumigate more often in the rooms, there were cocroaches in rooms and corridors.

Breakfast was awesome.

I don't know if it will be possible, but i noticed that, some panters inset their cards with an empty card, yhat is not good for the business. If you can increase your machines it will be better.
