This place is truly a gem. People here are so friendly and courteous. My husband works out of town, and they truly go above and beyond to make his stay comfortable and easy. Shout out to Keri, in particular. Shes wonderful—truly, a great hostess. The rooms are beautiful as are the pools and lounge areas. This is definitely the best place to stay in El Paso.

My husband and I have stayed at so many different hotels, some of them high end, and very few even come close to what Chase Suite Hotel provides its customers. The rooms are large and very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast is spectacular. There are two pools to choose from and even a nicely equipped little gym. We love this place and plan on making it our go-to hotel from now on when traveling to El Paso. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We did not have a great experience at this hotel. We reserved a room with a king bed but were given a room with 2 doubles. I called the front desk immediately, but we were not moved. The couch was broken on one side and the room was on the Montana Ave side so it was very noisy. The room was very dated and in need of some serious updating. The breakfast was not great... I would have rated it a 2 but the room was clean so the 3 is a gift.

I’ve always loved this hotel because it’s basically staying in a studio apartment and it’s definitely a lot more comfortable than a regular hotel especially if you have a bigger group. Highly recommend

Not clean. Staff was rude. TV did not work. Maintenance of room was lacking. Noisy at night ( located behind a cantina). Breakfast was terrible (sausage overcooked, fruit tasted funny). Was not asked how my stay was upon checkout. Tried to charge a parking fee as a hidden charge. If a charge, put it on the webpage.
