The staff members are attentive and friendly. The airport is very close, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to pick you up and take you there.

I stayed in a downstairs room, so I could hear all the noise coming from the room above. As soon as I arrived, I asked to switch to an upstairs room, but they didn’t change it. The rooms are VERY dark, and the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so I ended up spending a lot on Uber rides.

I stayed 2 nights at Chase Suites Hotel El Paso at the end of a 12 day road trip. This was the favorite hotel of the whole trip. I booked a one bedroom suite and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom. That came in handy as my husband was sick and coughing at night so he slept in the second bedroom. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. I only used the coffeemaker in the kitchen. There were dishes, glasses, utensils, and pans. The included breakfast was just okay, the coffee is terrible. I made coffee in the suite and brought it to breakfast. The location is excellent. Easy access to the airport, plenty of restaurants within a mile, and easy access to the highway for driving to sights in the area. If I find myself in El Paso again I will definitely stay at Chase Suite Hotel.

Lovely people. Community/hostel atmosphere but luxury and private accomodations. We missed our flight and they made sure we had a place to stay and refresh. (I have a strict no review policy and I broke it because this place is so great).
